At the time of booking we will require details of a valid debit or credit card.

On departure payments may be settled by cash, cheque or card. (To cover the cost of providing the facility there will be a small charge of 3% if paying by card.)

For the comfort of our guests Grange Lodge operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. If this is not adhered to a charge may have to be collected to cover the cost of cleaning fabric and soft furnishing.

On the morning of departure rooms need to be vacated by 10.00 am.  Check-in times are by prior arrangement at the time of booking.  Please let us know if you require a parking permit.

In the event of cancellation, 72 hours notice is required, otherwise a charge may be levied.

Any damage to items or property will have to be paid for in full. Payment will be collected from the card details provided at the time of booking, plus a 3% surcharge.
